Shipping Policy

At Mildly Mad Graphics returns and exchanges are not supported if you have ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind. However, if a product is faulty, damaged, missing, or not what you ordered we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please send an email to kylee@mildlymadgraphics.com containing order number and pictures showing the default in the product. We will discuss an arrangement to either send a new product or a refund.

Return & Exchange Policy

Shipping within Canada can take up to 13-19 business days. These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees. The estimates don’t include the time it takes to create the products.
